InService-Support
One part of the HiCo InService-Support-System is the HiCo telephone hotline. This hotline enables the customers to place messages without being online.
The Number of the HiCo phone-HotLine is 00800 704 61-450 (in Europe free of charge) and is reachable from Monday to Thursday from 07.45 a.m. to 06.15 p.m. and on Friday from 07.45 a.m. to 03.30 p.m. for our customers.
When calling our telephone hotline our customers will be connected with one of our call center agents, who will assist you when creating a new ticket.
The created ticket will then be transferred to the dispatcher on duty, who is responsible for the first evaluation of the ticket. Afterwards the ticket will be dispatched - if necessary - to the responsible 1st-level helpdesk support. If no solution can be found, the dispatcher decides in common with the customer about the initiation of the escalation management.
Login Customer Support
With a HiCo support contract, you are also able to login in our support system and enter your calls immediately. Our employees will be informed as quickly as possible to handle the calls.
