Overview
HiCo realizes flexible, efficient and economic software solutions for the creation, management, publication and communication of Interactive Electronic Technical Documentation (IETD). The ability to integrate HiCo products into existing applications enlarges the range of applications for a company-wide all-in solution. The Training Series #2 offers trainings and practical workshops to gain a deep insight into the whole HiCo product portfolio.
During this lecture you will get a first insight into the complete HiCo product portfolio to manage S1000D® projects.
02) HiCo Products for S1000D® Project Management
The HiCo ietdSuite® is a modern Content Management System for technical publications. In this course, application administrators, system managers and project coordinators will be trained to work with the HiCo ietdSuite®:DesktopClient, whereas the practical application of an iETD standard will be shown on the basis of a concrete example of a technical publication.
03) HiCo Products for S1000D® Authoring
During this training authors and illustrators will be trained to work with the HiCo ietdSuite®:DesktopClient and the HiCo ietdSuite®:Connector for Arbortext® Editor™, whereas the practical application of an iETD standard will be shown on the basis of a concrete example of a technical publication. During this user-specific course you will get an insight into the creation process of Interactive Electronic Technical Documentation (IETD) with the aid of the HiCo products.
04) HiCo Products for S1000D® Publishing & Communication
The HiCo X-Publisher®, the HiCo X-ContentBuilder® and the HiCo X-Browser®, our XML based transformation and publishing solutions, will help you to publish your documentation in different media. The aim of this course is to teach the users handling the HiCo products, especially in the dynamic creation of publications via the user friendly user interface.
05) HiCo Products for S1000D® Business Process Integration
During this training you will learn how to handle the HiCo X-Process® tools and you will get a detailed instruction to work with HiCo X-Process® on the basis of the especially developed HiCo process models.
