The Training Academy Pannonia is the competence center for your advantage in knowledge within the world of Technical Communication and Information Logistics. In the Training Academy Pannonia you will enhance your product-, process and technology knowledge in highly qualified and individually tailored trainings & workshops.
Our training program is divided into five Training Series with different focuses, from the knowledge transfer for established standards & norms, to the practical utilization of software products for the management and creation of Interactive Electronic Technical Documentation (IETD), up to detailed insights into methods and procedures of IETD and product information. With our trainings you will gain the complete knowledge to plan and implement your documentation projects successfully. In the Training Academy Pannonia you will additionally profit from the experience, competence and professional know-how of our certified employees, trainers and network partners. Our trainings & workshops will take place either in our offices in Eisenstadt (near Vienna), in Hamburg, in Zurich or directly at your company office.
The Training Academy Pannonia was founded by HiCo-ICS and ASN Aviation Service Network and is a joint project with the partnership companies INTEC Industrie-Technik and BGS. HiCo-ICS is an authorized training and technology partner of PTC.

Training Series #1 - Standards & Norms
ASD S1000D®, S2000M, S3000L and ATA iSpec2200 are up-to-date and future-oriented e-Business standards for technical publications and product documentations, for materiel management and for integrated logistics solutions. Our lectures, trainings and workshops address managers and decision makers, who will get valuable decision support for future investments based on the delivered content, and project managers or technical editors, who will gain insight into concepts, processes and the practical utilization of these international standards for the civil and military industry.
Training Series #2 - HiCo Products
HiCo realizes flexible, efficient and economic software solutions for the creation, management, publication and communication of Interactive Electronic Technical Documentation (IETD). The ability to integrate HiCo products into existing applications enlarges the range of applications for a company-wide all-in solution. The Training Series #2 offers trainings and practical workshops to gain a deep insight into the whole HiCo product portfolio.
Training Series #3 - PTC Products
As a long-time and authorized partner of Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) the Training Academy Pannonia of course offers trainings for the PTC Arbortext® product portfolio and for Windchill® Quality Solutions (formerly Relex®). This trainings series addresses technical editors and illustrators, but also application engineers and system integrators, who want to get to know the products Arbortext Editor™, Arbortext IsoDraw®, Arbortext Styler™ and Arbortext Architect and the products of the Windchill® Quality Solutions (Relex®) series in detail.
Training Series #4 - Methods & Procedures
Are you responsible for quality assurance in your company? Or are you the manager of complex documentation projects? In this Training Series you can find out more about how to implement HiCo products for quality testing and process integration and get informed by our specialists about creating illustrations or the effective and standard compliant writing of technical documentation.
Training Series #5 - Languages & Notations
The utilization of SGML (Standard Generalized Markup Language) and XML (eXtensible Markup Language) for the structuring and platform independent exchange of technical documentation is nowadays essential. Editors and Project Managers, who want to gain a profound understanding of this markup language for structured documents, will experience the required basic and application knowledge of SGML and XML with this Training Series.
